The musu has excellent speed and are incredibly clever. Though its often debated if the musu can cast spells, many of the objects they steal have inherent magical applications so that would explain their desire for them. However, there isn't any direct evidence of one actually casting a spell before. So we can't say for certain if they can or cannot. 154C cm
